You cannot get high or stoned from CBD oil. The CBD and hemp seed oil are good for health. Our oil is used by many people and can help with various problems and illnesses. We sell the oil as a nutritional supplement and do not make medical statements about the beneficial effects.

Each person may react different to the same amount. Potency also differs across brands. We recommend to always start with a low dose. The advice is to start with a few drops of CBD oil at a time. Subsequently, the dosage can be adjusted according to your needs. You can ask us for personal advice.

It is best to dispense the oil under your tongue and to swallow it after thirty seconds. You can use a pipet or your finger to avoid spillage. Some people do not like the taste. In that case, you can drip some of the oil on a piece of bread, for example. It is extremely important that you shake well.

CBD oil is best kept cool and dark, for example in the refrigerator. If stored correctly, an unopened bottle will last at least 1 year. Keep in mind that the viscosity decreases due to cold storage of the CBD oil. Preferably, use CBD oil preferably at room temperature.
