Returning an item? Here you find information regarding our return policy.

1) If you want to return a faulty or incorrect item:

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch so we can get this sorted for you. You can send an e-mail to info (@) or you can contact us via +31 6 55 27 11 61 (Manon). Please note that you have to report this within 24 hours after receiving your parcel.

We will send the alternative product to you and you will receive instructions how to return the faulty or incorrect item free of charge.

2) General returns:

Without the return form we can not process your return. You can download the return form here.

All returned items should be sent in their original condition, i.e. unused, undamaged, and with the original seal. You can return the purchased products within 14 days of receipt.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Please let us know why you want to return your item(s). Maybe we can come up with an alternative.

It can take up to several working days for your return to be delivered. As soon as we have received it, we will refund your payment. It can then take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear back in your account.
